Opportunity Details

Medicus is collaborating with a cancer center in central Wisconsin with an opening for a Medical Oncologist to provide locum coverage.


Opening Details:

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-4:30p
  • Rotating weekday and weekend call shifts
  • Case Mix: 85% oncology, 15% hematology
  • Malignancies: Breast, lung, colorectal, prostate, pancreatic, gynecologic, head & neck, and melanoma/other skin cancers
  • Will oversee chemotherapy, immunotherapy, hormonal therapy, and clinical trials
  • Team Structure: 3 MDs, 2 APPs, RNs, pharmacist, etc.
  • EMR: Epic
  • Must be board-certified
  • Paid travel & expenses

During your time off, visit nearby nature areas, browse small shops and farmers' markets featuring regional goods, and relax along the southern shore of a large lake.
