Locum Tenens Pulmonology & Critical Care Opportunity in Western NC

Medicus has partnered with a hospital in western North Carolina with an opportunity for a Pulmonology & Critical Care physician to assist with locum tenens coverage.

Opportunity Highlights:

• Schedule: 12-hour day or night shifts
• Setting: General floor, ICU, and Neuro ICU
• Patient Census: 12-18 per day + new consults
• Duties: ICU rounding, pulmonary consultations, and bedside critical care procedures
• Required Procedures: Bronchoscopy, endotracheal intubation, central venous catheter placement, arterial line placement, and chest tube insertion
• Support Staff: APP
• EMR: Cerner Powerchart
• Must be board-certified
• Paid travel & expenses
